In-Booth Presentations at Semicon West 2008 Booth #5980

This year at Semicon West, Balazs will be offering various 5-10 minute presentations highlighting topics related to contamination control and analytical capabilities. The format will allow you direct 1-on-1 interaction with the experts on the topic presented, in addition to a little time off your feet. Additionally, as you will see in the schedule, Air Liquide will be presenting topics regarding its products and services using a similar format.
